Our legal representation experiences includes muslim citizen and non-citizen divorce proceedings in various states in Malaysia. Notable case includes on appeal, we managed to reverse a court decision on confirmation divorce pronouncement of 3 talaq.

Interim custody and prohibitory order served to authorities including immigration to prevent a child from leaving the country during divorce proceedings.

Successful matrimonial claims of all fixed assets by spouse on death of ex-husband due to bankruptcy. Successful matrimonial property division claims by wife against deceased husband estate for a 2/3 of the estate before faraidh distribution.
