Saidah Syairah Binti Ros Ismail

Saidah Syairah Binti Ros Ismail, graduated in 2017 with a Bachelor in Fiqh from Yarmouk University. Upon returning to Malaysia, she took up a Diploma in Administration and Islamic Jurisprudence at International Islamic University of Malaysia and graduated in 2018.

She commenced her Syariah Pupillage at Messrs. Khalid, Iqbal & Associates under the guidance of Puan Nahzatul Ain Binti Mohd Khalid. She began her practice as Syariah Assistance at KIQA Shariah Consultancy & Advisory PLT until she was fully authorized as a full-fledged Syarie Lawyer in August 2020 at the Syariah Court in the state of Negeri Sembilan.

To date, she has also been admitted as a Syarie Lawyer in the Wilayah Persekutuan Kuala Lumpur and in the state of Perak. Her practice at KIQA Shariah Consultancy & Advisory PLT are in the areas of Syariah matters such as faraid application, divorce proceeding, post-divorce claims, revocation of Hibah and various settlement agreement.

She is able to converse and write in Arabic language which is an added advantage on top of her Syariah qualification.
